Firefighters train “over the side” rescues

The morning of Saturday, May 18, crews from Station #1 and Station #7 conducted an “Over the Side Rescue Drill.” This skill is a low frequency high risk task that requires specialized training and gear. All fire personnel perform this training on a regular basis to ensure they are proficient.
