Gaspar swears in Rincon board directors

Board of Supervisors Chairman Kristin Gaspar swore in three directors of the Rincon Del Diablo Municipal Water District board Tuesday night at the board’s regulator meeting:  Greg Quist, Jim Murtland and Erin Lump. After the swearing in ceremony the 3rd District supervisor posed for pictures with the directors.  Rincon Del Diablo serves a portion of Escondido.
