NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Escondido Union School District of San Diego County, California, acting by and through its Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the District will receive up to, but not later than 10:00 A.M. Friday May 24, 2019, sealed bids for the award of a contract for the following:

                                                                             

(RFP) No. NS-19-20

Food & Groceries

Such bids shall be received at the Escondido Union School Districts Nutrition Department, 2310 Aldergrove Avenue, Escondido, California, 92029, and shall be opened on Tuesday May 28, 2019.  Any bid received after the stated time will be returned unopened. Bidders may obtain forms and contract documents from the Nutrition Department by contacting Dawn Stone at (760) 432-2190 or dstone@eusd.org

The District shall award the Contract for Food and Groceries to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest bid and highest scoring RFP as determined and is deemed responsive and responsible by the Escondido Union School District. The resulting contract award will be for a one-year period from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. Upon mutual agreement of the District and Contractor, this RFP will be renewed annually for two (2) additional years.
