This is the third year that the San Diego/Imperial chapter has held the North County Walk in Escondido.

Last year there were over 800 walkers and $84,000 was raised. The 2018 goals are: 1,350 walkers and $135,000 raised. Join the local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and MC Police Chief Craig Carter as they kick off the Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Kit Carson Park on Saturday, September 22 at 8:30 a.m. There will be face painting, a stilt walker, live music and more.

Stop by Queen Califia’s Magical Circle and even make your own queen’s crown at the craft booth. It’s a great event for the whole family.
