Daley Ranch/Boulder Loop

Join the Valley Center Trails Association (VCTA) for a moderately strenuous four mile hike at Daley Ranch. The hike starts at the La Honda parking area in Daley Ranch, which is accessed from Del Norte Parkway. Bring water and wear appropriate sun protection and footwear. There is little to no shade on the trail. This lollipop trail ascends steeply at first and has a total elevation gain of 800+ feet. Allow two to three hours. The hike will be led by Trail Master Anita Noone.

Hike begins promptly. Please allow time to park and sign your waiver. Everyone is welcome and no pre-registration is required.  Heavy rain during 24 hours before hike or steady rain one hour in advance of start time cancels hike.
