Public hearing on transition to district-based elections

WHAT:  The Palomar Health Board of Directors is holding a special board meeting to take public input on proposed district boundaries as board members consider moving from at-large elections to district-based elections and representation.

WHEN:  Monday, Jan. 14, 6 p.m.
