Pork Roast with Sauerkraut



 

 

On The Menu this week is my Pork Roast with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. I love my crock-pot meals! This is a recipe I learned years ago and tweaked it a bit for my taste preference. Sometimes you will find recipes are even better after adding your own special something. This is an easy recipe that has strange ingredients. Once combined and cooked all day, it is absolutely mouth watering. Also, yes I know

 

 

the mashed po­tatoes look like they are a face. That is what happens when your husband decides to help plate your meal for photos! Enjoy!

1 3 lb pork roast
1 large jar of sauerkraut (refrigerated section)
1/2-cup brown sugar
1 Tbl cinnamon
1 12 oz can of tomato sauce
Salt/pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a crock-pot. Stir. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes or your favorite veggies!
