Soy Ginger Pork Loin
Summer is here and there are so many amazing things to cook up on the grill for those hot summer nights. This is one of those recipes that you can cook on the barbecue or in a pan on the stove. The grill gives it that extra smoky background flavor, while the pan seared loin version has a delicious caramelization on the outer crust of the meat. One of the best parts about creating and enjoying a great meal is sharing it with your loved ones. This is a two part meal that is sure to be a crowd pleaser. I also made a cauliflower mash with this as

1 – 2 lb pork loin
1 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbl fresh ginger
3 Tbl honey
3 garlic cloves diced
1 Tbl fresh lemon juice
Salt/Pepper
Place the ingredients in a bag or container that seals tight and add the pork loin. Let marinate at least an hour. The longer the better.
Cook at medium on the barbecue for approximately 20 minutes or pan sear for 15 minutes. Drizzle the sauce over the loin while cooking. Make sure to cook your meats thoroughly.
