Broccoli Bacon Salad

Sometimes we need an easy side dish to bring to a potluck or to round out our meals that is healthy and not so healthy at the same time. This broccoli bacon salad is quick and easy so you can make it 30 minutes before or the night before wherever it will be served. I have a few go to side dishes that have been crowd pleasers and even kid approved! When I say kid approved, I am using my now 9 year old son Doug to be my guinea pig taste tester. He is my little sous chef and my absolute world. Happy Birthday Doug!
