
Since the San Diego County Fair is back for another fun filled month, I thought I would make some easy Fair inspired eats for your tummy pleasure. The smell of fried food, chili and fun, fill the air and really make calories not count.
I like to make Chili not only in the colder months (because let’s

CHILI
1 lb ground turkey browned in olive oil and salt/pepper
1 – 8

2 – 8 oz cans red kidney beans
2 – 8 oz cans red beans
2 – 8 oz cans red pinto beans
1 – 8 oz can corn
1 – 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 – 8 oz can stewed tomatoes
2 packages chili seasoning
3 garlic cloves diced
Drain all the liquid from the cans of beans and

Here comes the change up! Bake up some potatoes or some French fries. Serve Chili on top of baked potato or French fries with some sour cream, shredded cheese and green onions for a delicious variation that adults and kids will love!
