The Escondido Police Department needs more, needs an Image officer.

Dig this one. Folks. Chief Craig Carter, the worst chief of police Escondido ever had along with this Lieutenant Lick seem to have a plan to end the increase in drunk driving, churches.

Now everyone smarter than a Nerf Ball knows who the majority of the drunk drivers are and who commits the majority of the crime, that is why our police blotters resemble the menu at Alberto’s.

Our police have become a revenue collecting, politically correct police force caring nothing about the citizens who pay their salaries and permit them to take home “our” vehicles daily to Riverside County.

Before this city becomes just another crime statistic, it’s time our police chief becomes an elected position so *we” citizens can change our course of law enforcement.

Call the mayor and city council and say “enough”, time to change.
