Experience the power of performance with the Center’s First Wednesdays concert series, a free community event that happens the first Wednesday of every month from October through May, (excluding January.)
This season, the California Center for the Arts, Escondido is partnering with The Barn Stage Company to showcase a variety of performers to Escondido.
For November, the series will feature Mentalist Kevin Viner, who performs for one-night-only on Wednesday, November 6, starting at 6 p.m.
Is it possible for one person to know exactly what you are thinking? After you watch mentalist Kevin Viner, your answer will be YES!
Trained in memory, mathematics, and sleight of hand, Kevin involves your guests in a smart, fast-paced show that keeps them engaged and laughing.
The show combines mentalism with magic, comedy, and pick- pocketing — something for everybody.
Considered one of the top mentalists in the world, Kevin Viner has appeared on Penn and Teller: Fool Us, Masters of Illusion, Don’t Blink, commercials for T-Mobile and “Now You See Me 2”, as well as on the PBS documentary Johnny Carson: King of Late Night.
Tickets to the show are FREE and are handed out on a first-come, first-seated basis as you enter the venue. Doors open one hour prior to show time, and this year’s shows will be held in the Center’s Concert Hall starting at 6 p.m.
If you’d like to beat the line, reserved seats are also available for $12 ($10 for Center Members) and can be purchased below. Reserved seats must be purchased a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
