Mike Litton, of Keller Williams Realty North County, is helping to fund a Habitat for Humanity project in Escondido. Mike Litton, Owner/Broker/Realtor of Keller Williams Realty North County said, “They recently dedicated ten duplex units and a home for a wounded veteran built by volunteers in Escondido, and it has been a huge transformation for the neighborhood.”
Construction on the Elm Street Habitat for Humanity project began over a year ago and was dedicated in December 2015.
The Elm Street project marked Habitat’s fifth build in Escondido and consists of eleven new single family homes – five duplexes and one detached house. The homes have three bedrooms and two bathrooms and are approximately 1,300 square feet. Each home has a covered carport and private back yard.
In addition to assisting Habitat for Humanity, Litton hosts The Mike Litton Show on ESPN Radio once a month, has been a real estate expert for Channel 8 News for more than five years and is a guest instructor at Southwestern College for real estate. He also recently began to help help raise $300,000 for a softball/ special education field for the American Heritage Charter Schools in Escondido, where he serves as a member of the board of directors.
