Intersection at Cole Grade, VC Road, could get another gas station

The intersection of Valley Center Road and Cole Grade Road could get a new gas station and pharmacy.

The proposed Valley Center ARCO AM/PM project encompasses 0.90 acres at the southwest corner of the intersection of Valley Center Road and Cole Grade Road

The property is part of North Village on the General Plan Update. The developer proposes a 3,953 square foot convenience market selling alcohol and operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It will have a fueling facility with a 38 X 86 foot canopy and 8 multiple product dispensers.

The project as planned would be served by the sewer expansion that is planned by the Valley Center Municipal Water District and is expected to begin construction about a year from now.

Customers will be able to access the convenience store, gas station via

Valley Center Road and Cole Grade Road. The County would require the proponent to improve Cole Grade Road.

The developer is working with the Valley Center Design Review Board and proposes to use mission revival architectural design.
