SAN DIEGO — Caltrans maintenance crews will be working to repair electrical wiring in Interstate 15 (I-15) Express Lanes pavement Saturday morning and will move the median barrier and close lanes beginning at 2:30 a.m. The work will require some segments of the Express Lanes to be closed to one lane in either the northbound or southbound direction.
Once the work is completed and the pavement has cured, the barrier will be moved to the normal weekend configuration with two Express Lanes open in each direction. This barrier move is expected to begin at about 9 a.m. and should be completed by 11 a.m.
