Homebuilders Announced for Park Circle

Coming soon to Valley Center, California, the new Park Circle master-planned community will offer new homes from the high $400,000s to $700,000s, two private recreation buildings, several parks, a neighborhood retail center, and an extensive trail system connecting residents to lively amenities.

Developer Touchstone Communities announced today that Shea Homes and Beazer Homes have been selected as the first two homebuilders to build residences in Park Circle—a new master-planned community coming soon to Valley Center. When completed, Park Circle will offer homes within eight distinct neighborhoods, plus, an abundance of social gathering spaces and recreational amenities. The 186-acre, 632-home community in North San Diego County has been in the making for seven years and is projected to debut its first model homes later this year.

“Shea Homes was founded more than 100 years ago and Beazer Homes has been building for nine generations. Beazer and Shea have proven reputations and family-focused attitudes, which made selecting them an easy choice,” said Kerry Garza, president of Touchstone Communities. “We are excited to welcome these talented builder teams and their innovative home designs to Park Circle.”

The overall Park Circle master plan will feature homes ranging from 1,300 to 3,300 square feet in a variety of architectural styles from cozy cottages to large family homes. Park Circle will be the core of Valley Center’s South Village. Thoughtful details throughout the planned community will pay homage to the former Konyn Dairy, which operated on the site for nearly 40 years before closing in 2008.

The community will include two private recreation buildings, several parks, a neighborhood retail center, and an extensive trail system connecting residents to all the amenities. The heart of the community will include The Hangout, a multi-purpose clubhouse with café, lounge spaces, fitness center, pool and spa, indoor/outdoor living rooms, and direct access to Harvest Park, a 2.6-acre public park that will have a large central green with event stage, sport courts, tot lots, and more.
