It’s back this February! San Diego residents and visitors are invited to enjoy half-price admission at 45 museums during February, including the San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum (SDCDM) in Escondido.
To take advantage of this great cost savings you must pick up a Museum Month Pass at any Macy’s store in San Diego, Temecula or Imperial Valley. The Pass is free and one pass is good for up to four half-price admissions at each museum so you can take family or friends, too. Keep the Pass and use it all month long!
In appreciation for their service to our community, the museum is offering a FREE ADMISSION to all San Diego County School District Employees and their Families from February 1- May 30.
As part of the Escondido Roots Series, the museum will present “The Philippines” on Saturday, February 21, 2-4 p.m. Admission is free.
This event will feature cultural performances and activities that highlight the diverse traditions of The Philippines. The afternoon will include storytelling by Marilyn Mc- Phie and dance performances by Samahan as well as activities focused around The Philippines. Visitors can also experience all of the hands-on exhibits at SDCDM for FREE!
“World Thinking Day will be celebrated Saturday, February 28 from 10 a.m.- 1 p.m. join us, KPBS, and the Girl Scouts of San Diego for an exciting event exploring world cultures.
Enjoy traditional performances, ethnic food, and interactive activities from around the world. Admission is free with registration for kids under 18, $6 for adults.
