Graybill Medical Group has added two new physicians, Richard Ricci, MD (Family Medicine) and John F. McGuire, III, MD, MBA (Ear Nose and Throat / Otolaryngology). Both are accepting new patients at their Escondido Office.
Richard Ricci, MD
Dr. Richard Ricci joined Graybill on July 1. He brings thirty years of experience providing all aspects of Family Medicine to residents of Escondido and the surrounding communities. He earned his medical degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in 1981. He completed his Family Practice Residency at the San Bernardino Medical Center (an affiliate of the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine) in 1984. While at SBMC he received the David McKee Award, awarded to the top physician of the residency program.
Dr. Ricci is a member of the San Diego County Medical Society and theCalifornia Medical Association. He is the recipient of multiple awards for excellence in patient care and community service.
John McGuire, III
Dr. John McGuire joined Graybill on August 1. He is board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He received his medical training from Georgetown Medical School in Washington, DC in 2003. He then completed his General Surgery Internship and Residency in Otolaryngology/ Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, Irvine in 2008.
Dr. McGuire has authored numerous scientific articles and textbook chapters in the field of Otolaryngology. He remains active in the biomedical community and strives to bring the most advanced treatments available to his patients. He has a particular interest in promoting the basic concepts of integrative medicine and stresses the importance of wellness and nutrition as being of equal importance to standard medical interventions.
