Food Network’s “Restaurant Impossible” returns to Rosie’s Cafe for fundraiser


Restaurant: Impossible invites you to join Chef Robert Irvine for a very special “Restaurant: Impossible” episode.  It will be a Carnival Fundraiser for Rosie’s Cafe owner, Kaitlyn Pilsbury, on Monday, February 17th at 3:00 PM!

On the evening of December 21, 2019, almost a year after Restaurant: Impossible filmed an episode at Rosie’s Cafe, Kaitlyn was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident.

Robert’s mission is to raise money for Kaitlyn and her family in an effort to help get Kaitlyn back on her feet. Robert will be hosting a Carnival on Grand Avenue in Escondido featuring games, food, and other entertainment. Admission will be $20 per person* and ALL proceeds will go directly to Kaitlyn and her family. Children under 3 will be admitted for free! Everyone that would like to come is welcome, but we need to get a headcount on how many people are coming! Please email us at by Friday, February 14th at 12:00pm (PST) letting us know if you are planning to come and how many people will be in your party. Please use the following in your subject line: ROSIE’S CARNIVAL

PLEASE NOTE: This event will be filmed. All guests will be required to sign an appearance release when they pay their admission. Guests of all ages are welcome to the Carnival! However, if you are planning to bring a minor under 18 years old, both parents / guardians will have to sign a release for them.

*Admission includes food, games, and other entertainment.

    Please accept my tardy RSVP for I had just learned of this special fundraising event last night to support “Rosie” and her speedy recovery.

    I shall attend alone, but please know that my entire TEAM here at LIVING iT UP shall be with us in spirit at the event today as we show our love and support for a fellow human being.

    Although I will attend alone, my donation will also include the ADMISSION for that of My TEAM, who will be joining us in spirit and in absentia.
