First Wingstop restaurant opens in Escondido

New restaurant makes a Wingstop at T-A

The newest restaurant in town, Wingstop, made a visit at the Times-Advocate office on Tuesday with six different kinds of tasty wings, along with some sides. They ranged from “atomic” to traditional to sweet and sour and Parmesan flavored. Tanya Guerrero, general manager of the new Wingstop and her assistant, Andy Saldivar, delivered the wings. The Times-Advocate staff dug in and, after munching on about ten pieces apiece were far too heavy to fly away any time soon. Wingstop is located at 1815 E. Valley Parkway.

Golden West Wings has maintained several decades of successful restaurant business ownership and operations in both quick service and full service restaurants. Pitzen says Golden West Wings is looking forward to expanding the Wingstop brand in the Escondido community.
