The City of Escondido is seeking volunteers to serve on a number of city boards and commissions. Interested citizens who would like to apply may file an application with the City Clerk’s Office no later than February 16.
Applications are being accepted for:
• Building Advisory & Appeals Board
• Community Services Commission
• Historic Preservation Commission
• Library Board of Trustees
• Personnel Board of Review
• Planning Commission
• Public Art Commission
• Transportation & Community Safety Commission
Volunteers serve for a four-year term, with the exception of the Library Board, which carries a three-year term and Community Services Youth Member, who serves a one- year term.
