Hiram College names Dean’s List students Hiram, Ohio – Bryan Engdahl of Es­condido has been named to Hiram Col­lege’s Dean’s List for earning at least a 3.6 grade point average while complet­ing 12 or more hours of graded course­work throughout the Spring 2016 se­mester.

Graduating from Bismarck State College Andrew Grzybek of Escondido grad­uated from Bismarck State College with an Associate in Applied Science in Pow­er Plant Technology during the college’s 76th commencement ceremony on May 13 at the Bismarck Event Center. The 2016 commencement speaker was Major General (Retired) David A. Sprynczynatyk, who served as the Ad­jutant General for the North Dakota Na­tional Guard from 2006-2015. Student commencement speakers were Kathryn (Katy) Ann Gerving, New Salem, N.D., and Marcie Marie Woehl, Mandan, N.D.

Named to Dean’s List at University of Sioux Falls The University of Sioux Falls has re­leased its Dean’s List for spring semester 2016. To qualify for the Dean’s List, a stu­dent must achieve a semester grade point average of 3.5 or greater on a 4.0 scale. Brent Griffing-Jarvis of Escondido made the spring 2016 USF Dean’s List. He is work on a degree in Criminal Justice. The University of Sioux Falls is a transformative university committed to academic excellence and celebration of the Christian faith.
