CYO to close out season for Hidden Valley concert series May 6

Civic Youth Orchestra has been performing since 1956.

Civic Youth Orchestra, a tradition of excellence since 1956, will be at the California Center of the Arts, Escondido at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 6.   

The CYO will be performing the William Tell Overture (Rossini), Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture(Tchaikovsky), Dance Bacchanale from

Samson and Delilah (Saint-Saens), and a tribute to John Williams (arranged by Paul Lavender) plus one more piece.  

The Symphony has performed at Disney Concert Hall twice and been on eight international tours of Europe, Asia, and Australia. They have provided professional training and enriched the lives of young musicians ages 5 to 22 from throughout Southern California. All tickets are $10 with reserved seating.
