The Grand Champion Fundraiser for Escondido’s vintage car show will roll onto Grand Avenue from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, March 13. The rain-or-shine event will benefit the 17th annual grand cruise itself, which takes place every Friday from April 1 to Sept. 30.
The show accepts only pre-1974 vehicles. Pre-registration is before March 8 and costs $20 to show a vehicle, $25 on the day of the show. The show attracts hundreds of thousands of onlookers every year, according to organizers.
