All are invited to join us in worshiping God this Sabbath (Saturday). Services will begin with Bible study classes at 9:30 a.m. for all ages. A fellowship meal will be served following the church service. HEALTH NUGGET: The Green Pharmacy sums up the benefits of eating beans, especially for diabetics. “Many studies demonstrate that eating foods that are high in soluble fiber, notably beans, reduces the rise in blood sugar after meals and delays the drop in blood sugar later on, thus helping to maintain blood sugar at close to desired levels.”

The church will offer you complimentary Bible studies in English or Spanish if you would like a deeper understanding of what the Bible teaches and to know about last day events. If you have questions or would like more information email VC_ or call 760-975-4707.
