San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum is launching its first virtual parenting workshop series, “Parenting on the Go,” this Friday on its Facebook page.
Each workshop conversation is bite-sized–perfect for busy caretakers on the go. Episode 1 will feature the Museum’s Director of Education, Whitney Raser, as she speaks with Debbie Zeichner, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Parent Coach who has specialized in working with parents and families for over 20 years.
Zeichner is a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, a Certified Redirecting Children’s Behavior (RCB) Parent Educator, and a Mindfulness Facilitator. Virtual workshop episodes will be free-of-charge and posted on the Museum’s Facebook page!

Over this three-part virtual workshop series, San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum is partnering with its network of experts in the field of early childhood development and education to explore ideas of positive reinforcement and purposeful play. Each workshop conversation is brief and bite-sized–perfect for busy caretakers on the go–and will provide practical tips and resources to support our community of parents, caretakers, and families.
Subsequent episodes in the “Parenting on the Go” series will air in December 2020 and January 2021.
