On April 7 Lieutenant Owens and his wife Kristina attended a ceremony at the Chargers’ Practice Facility. The Chargers thanked several law enforcement officers who helped with the Chargers’ Play 60 camps throughout the year. Lieutenant Owens received a certificate of appreciation from the Chargers and won a jersey signed by Danny Woodhead.
