Thirty-seven local artists comprise the Hidden Meadows Artisan Guild. But there’s always room for more. The group meets each month to share their latest work, learn of new techniques, classes, and exhibits as well as observe demonstrations of each others’ skill.
If you have attended one of the two art shows at the pavilion in April or November of this past year, you are aware of the quality and variety of the work.
Most members are hobbyists, but several are professional in that they have taught classes, sold their work at art shows, and have had their work exhibited in galleries and libraries.
The guild meets every second Monday of the month at the pavilion at 7 p.m. and also offers an art day to do art, share ideas, and get to know each other on the fourth Saturday of each month of the pavilion from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. On occasion they meet at one of the member’s house for demonstrations.
