City completes $14 M reservoir replacement

At its March 8 meeting the City Council adopted a resolution authoring a Notice of Completion for the $14 million Lindley Reservoir Replacement Project. The Lindley Reservoir Replacement Project was completed for $14,011,319.77. This was over budget by 8.9%, which was within the 10 percent contingency permitted for construction projects.
