The holidays are coming, and Escondido Public Library is getting into the giving spirit with its annual Food for Fines program! From November 26 through December 31 Food for Fines offers patrons the opportunity to clear up to $20 in fines from Library accounts by donating non-perishable, nutritious, pre- packaged food.
